Each show covered a variety of topics – from cooking to kitchen design and equipment, new food products, entertaining, culinary vacations, restaurant discoveries, food science, cookbook reviews, and food and wine pairing.

Owned and operated Prudence Sloane’s Cooking School in Hampton, CT.  She has taught at other educational institutions including Sur La Table, University of New Haven’s Institute of Gastronomy and The Mystic Cooking School.


She is a Food Stylist for Print and TV and has worked for companies including Food and Wine Magazine, New York Magazine, Big Y Supermarkets,  and Connecticut Home Living.


Sloane is an honors graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education’s professional program in New York City and The University of Connecticut.
