We’ve put together a spectacular tour of Hartford’s “Little Italy and Beyond” with stops at original authentic Italian destinations - There will be cooking demonstrations and tastings at every stop with a sit-down feast of Italian specialties after learning from the master chef at Peppercorns Restaurant. Then it’s off to Mozzicato’s where they’re treating us to pastries, cookies, gelato and cafe.

Learn how to use special Italian cuts of meats, fresh cheeses and other Italian specialties. Including a cooking demonstration by Prudence on how to saute thin cuts of meat “Italian Style” plus tasting.
