Cooking School

Hello fellow “Foodies”

Due to all my other commitments, radio show, TV and writing, I have decided to cut back on the school. The school is now available for private group classes only. So if you have an anniversary, birthday, dining club or corporate team building group - think about having it at my school.

Offered are hands-on workshops and demonstrations followed by a full sit-down dinner in the elegant dining room. Classes can be tailored for each group.

An Old English Christmas: Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding, New Ways With Salmon, Easy Mediterranean, From The Hills Of Tuscany, The Cuisine Of Spain, The Cuisine Of The Islands: Cooking Caribbean, The Antipastos Of Southern Italy, Chinese Bamboo Basket Steaming, Italian Risotto, Summertime In Provence, A Taste Of Thailand, Paella: The Rice Dish Of Spain, Pies And Tarts, and the Art & Science of Cooking - a 6 part series.

I will also be teaching at other institutions around Connecticut. Classes and events will be listed under the Events section of my website.
